Founded in 2026, Merienda Bakery is a welcoming place for the community to gather from breakfast through lunch. Everything is made in-house with care and craftsmanship, using quality seasonal ingredients and traditional techniques. 

Mornings begin with carefully laminated pastries, seasonal breakfast dishes and single-origin coffee from Oaxaca, Mexico. As the day unfolds, the menu gives way to a more leisurely lunch, with fresh handmade pastas, sourdough toasties and vibrant seasonal salads, accompanied by a thoughtfully selected range of wines, beers and ciders.
